Bluewater’s own cocktail bar uses only fresh-pressed juices. In our own day-to-day operations, we zest hundreds of lemons before juicing. The zest is infused into our spirit foundation while the juice supplies the bar – and the only pith is dispatched into our compost. The result is a closed-loop, sustainably-minded Limoncello production.
